Box Tops for Education

Get your Box Tops Ready!  They are due March 1st.  Contact Bertina Bates for questions.

Checks will be made payable to the designated, active school, however they can be made payable to a school PTA/PTO if specifically requested by the school upon enrollment. Payments made to schools are not tax-deductible by schools, participants or purchasers. Payments will be made twice each school year, on or about December 15th and on or about April 15th. Each payment will include amounts earned by schools from the Clip program, eBoxTops credits, Bonus eBoxTops credits and Bonus Box Tops. The December 15th payment will reflect the amounts confirmed from March 2nd through the following November 1st, and the April 15th payment will reflect the amounts confirmed from November 2nd through March 1st. Schools that accrue total earnings of less than $20.00 from March 2nd through the following November 1st will not be issued a December 15th payment. Instead, those earnings will carry over and a payment will be issued for the entire school year to those schools in the April 15th payment. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for checks to arrive. If a school fails to cash any Box Tops for Education program check within 18 months of issuance, then the school shall forfeit its right to receive such payment. Active status in the Box Tops for Education program, and entitlement to any earnings, is conditioned upon the school cashing all earnings checks within 18 months of issuance. General Mills imposes this condition because of the time and cost associated with administering uncashed program payments for extended periods of time. General Mills will not replace checks requested more than 18 months after the original check was issued. Proof of Delivery and a valid copy of your online submission form will be required in order to research any discrepancies or payment disputes.
